Kitchen & co-packer agreements with legal SOP integration

IP protection for REUParations™ (trademarks, brand assets)

Risk mitigation and ongoing regulatory monitoring

You’ll help us design not just how our edibles taste, but how they’re made — safely, legally, and with intention. This is not a side hustle chef gig. This is kitchen leadership, infused with legacy.

What you’ll own
Recipe development and infusion collaboration for all edible SKUs

Day-to-day kitchen coordination and sanitation workflows (pre- and post-license)

Alignment with compliance partner on batch records, prep logs, labeling, and safety

Scalable kitchen practices for micro-batch and future full-scale production

Kitchen licensing guidance, inspections, and documentation readiness (with support)

How we’ll work
Flexible schedule, early-stage development compensation, and possible profit share or co-ownership of recipe IP for the right creative partner.

REUParations™ is architecting a launch that feels intentional, compliant, and smooth. We need a production-minded partner who can design and run the systems that connect vision to delivery. You will coordinate timelines, vendors, ingredients, packaging, inventory, and post-license production flow. You are not in the kitchen. You are the connective tissue between the kitchen, compliance, and leadership.

What you will own
Production timelines, batch calendars, and inventory planning

Vendor and supply coordination for ingredients, packaging, printing, and fulfillment

Cross-team workflow between founder, kitchen, and compliance

Pre-launch and launch logistics, plus scalable systems for growth

Optional support with COGS tracking, budgeting, and delivery timelines

Contract-based to start, project scoped, with the option to grow into a long-term role if our flow is right.

REUParations™ is seeking a mission-aligned People & Partnership Steward to lead vendor relations, product placement, and long-term community stewardship for our signature confections — both infused (MOD-C LLC Brand) and non-infused (REUParations™ Confections LLC Brand).

You’ll be the bridge between product and presence: nurturing dispensary/vendor partnerships, ensuring equitable deal structures, and laying the foundation for a culture of justice-driven distribution. This isn’t sales. This is sacred alignment.

What You’ll Own:
Building relationships with dispensaries and retail partners

Creating ethical agreements that uplift bakers and protect the brand

Coordinating with compliance, kitchen, and leadership teams

Managing feedback loops with buyers, vendors, and partners

Exploring future wellbeing infrastructure for REUP workers and collaborators

Compensation structure will evolve with production stage: early development stipend or commission, then scaled revenue or equity for the right long-term partner.
